Un-encrypted Digital TV statement lands Muthambi in hot water

On the Midday Report yesterday, Stephen Grootes spoke to the spokesperson for the Ministry of Communications, Mish Molakeng, who denied that the reversal of un-encrypted Digital TV policy was discussed at the ANC's National General Council meeting.

The ANC has followed this up by publicly criticising Minister Faith Muthambi for sending out an opposing view on a government policy issue, saying her actions were "unacceptable".
