John Maytham takes in London's delicious delicacies on day four of #JohnOnTour

Afternoons in Hyde Park, walks along the River Thames and trips to the Globe theatre; CapeTalk presenter John Maytham is definitely indulging in the best of London culture.

Dubbed #JohnOnTour, the afternoon drive host chronicles his visit to London on Twitter - after his namesake John Robbie returned from his leg of the tour earlier this month.

Below are some highlights from day four of the festivities, after having arrived in London on Friday.

A scrumptious (and well deserved) lunch after a morning of serious city sightseeing.

He can't stop boasting about his night of fine dining at High Timber restaurant, proudly owned by South African expat Neleen Strauss.

Apparently, there is some amazing coffee to be had in London. John highly recommends the 'rich' blend at Carluccio's, if you're ever in town.

Studio guests come bearing treats - biltong made in made in London's backyard.
