Production at AMC Cookware has been temporarily suspended after a fire tore through the factory on Tuesday night.
Management at AMC Cookware said securing the jobs of its workers is its top priority after the devastating blaze at its factory in Atlantis.
AMC Cookware brand manager, Kaye Cox said it is too early to determine if the 200 factory staff would face potential job losses.
We have start implementing production as soon as possible, and I don't know that we can assume people will be losing their jobs. We can't communicate the matter, until the insurance coverage is clear.— Kaye Cox, AMC Cookware brand manager
