An arms dealer who was reportedly arrested in South Africa with nearly R130 million at Lanseria Airport will allegedly not be prosecuted. The money that was confiscated will be given back to the Nigerian government.
It then emerged that the accused was buying arms that he claimed would be used by the Nigerian government in its fight against Boko Haram.
