Wesgro to increase foot flow into the Western cape in the coming months

There seems to be a demand air access from the rest of the continent into the Western Cape and Wesgro is looking at meeting that demand.

Turkish Airlines launched a daily service from its hub in Istanbul connecting to over 100 destinations around the world.

And Ethiopian Airlines currently flies direct from Addis Ababa to Cape Town six days a week but has upped that to seven flights a week from October 27.

SAA has suspended international services from Cape Town and Tim Harris CEO of Wesgro says that he wouldn’t be surprised if that decision is reviewed in the following year.

Harris says they have flights line up from East Africa, Europe and the US in the next few months operating straight from Cape Town.
