The City of Cape Town's Brett Herron has responded to recent complaints of slow service delivery at terminals for MyCiti bus card renewals.
Commuter's lamented long queues at the bus terminals, the lack of staff capacity and slow operating systems.
Mayoral committee member for transport, Herron said his service experience differed considerably to the complaints lodged by callers, explaining that the renewal process should not take longer than six minutes.

He said technical glitches at certain point of sales have been resolved, adding that the City would review the terminal staffing to accommodate more commuters.
