Following reports that the Hawks on Tuesday seized 26 card skimming devices at a Serbian national's house in Johannesburg, Pippa Hudson speaks to Lieutenant Colonel Jerome Hardenberg, an investigator at Commercial Branch of the Hawks.
According to Hardenberg, card skimming is a serious crime. He says South Africa lost R453 million to card fraud in 2014.
He further said that card skimming is a priority crime to the Hawks and people need to report these crimes to them after reporting it to the banks.
