Volkswagen in 2nd scandal - understates fuel consumption of 800 000 cars

Volkswagen on Tuesday said it had understated the fuel consumption of 800 000 cars.

The German car manufacturer said in its announcement of this second emissions scandal that it had identified "irregularities in CO2 levels" that emerged as part of internal investigations.

The Money Show’s Bruce Whitfield interviewed Mark Smyth, Editor of Business Day Motor News.
