Could groundwater be an option for SA's water crisis?

Joburg Water has projected that Gauteng’s dam levels could drop to just under 30 percent by January if dry and hot conditions persist.

While residents have been advised to use sparingly, there have been calls to explore groundwater to supply our water demands.

John Robbie spoke to Hydrologist at Cape Ground Water Consultants, John Weaver about the possibility of exploring groundwater as a water source for SA.
