New Beginning: Touching lives through music and the love for soccer

After hearing about the brutal killings of rhinos in 2013, a 13 year old Tyrone Aaron (Pianist) organised a concert and raised R40 000 for the Sabi Sands Conservation Trust and Rhino SA.

He also took up another challenge for the children that have been affected by the lengthy strikes in the community of Marikana where he collected shoes instead of money for the winter season.

He collected over 700 pairs of shoes, 900 pairs of gloves, 900 pairs of school socks, 300 pairs of school pants and bags.

What was going on in Marikana really moved me because as a child I know how much education means to me.
