Our system didn't cope with Two Oceans entries - Carol Vosloo

Some runners, who wanted to take part in the Old Mutual Two Oceans ultra and half marathons, were left frustrated after the registration site crashed.

CapeTalk's John Maythan spoke to the general manager of the marathon, Carol Vosloo, about what has been described as an unpleasant experience for runners who wanted to take part in the competition.

Listen to the conversation below:

John, I feel like I ran the ultra marathon today... Our system didn't cope with the entries today; the technical problems we experienced were out of our control.

Carol Vosloo, Two Oceans general manager
