The Dutch government is strengthening bilateral relations with South Africa through a water management partnership.
For the past 11 years, the officials from the Dutch government have been assisting South Africa’s government to establish water catchment management agencies.
The Netherlands’ Special Envoy for International Water Affairs, Henk Ovink, said the country has a duty to share its expertise.

Other co-operative agreements between the two countries will involve agriculture, health and port logistics.
