Some subscribers of Dish Magazine/TV guide have not been receiving the magazine in the post and they are not happy. Numerous subscribers have complained on social media and DSTV forums to demonstrate their unhappiness over this.
Marietjie Groenewald, Head of Issues Management and Stakeholder Communications said only premium customers are entitled to receiving the magazine.
She said the printed magazines are created 3 months in advance and are often out of date due to additions that are made 3 or 2 days before broadcast.
She further said that subscribers should make sure that their postal details are updated with DStv to make sure the magazine is sent to the right address.
