This is an amazing business which is physically situated in Capricorn Business Park, but internet-based.
Their website is wonderful � informative and easy to use. I have purchased online from them on many occasions in the past year or two, and always received excellent service.
If you live in Cape Town or surrounding areas (I am in Paarl) my experience is that you can pretty much be guaranteed of delivery (via the Post Office) of whatever you�ve ordered online within 2 days of placing the order, which is incredible!
They pack the purchases beautifully and generally include a free gift. Their �green� and organic philosophy is also great and the quality of all my purchases � ranging from beauty products to cleaning products and organic food � has been exceptional. The individual contact I�ve had with employees, for example when I forgot to specify how I wanted my delivery done, or when a product I ordered had suddenly become unavailable, has been most positive.
They initiated the contact and sorted the issues out promptly. They also send a very interesting monthly newsletter via email � and only to those who specifically request it. I have no hesitation in nominating them, and am planning to ask my family for Faithful to Nature gift vouchers for Christmas!
