I taken my car to numerous places to have it have it tested, including the agent, who all gave me a different diagnosis which was all wrong. I eventually went to Auto Works – I received excellent service got the proper diagnosis first time. I recommended a colleague, after she received a quote of R14000.00 (fourteen thousand) from another supplier. She then only paid +/-R1999.00 for a service and she is over the moon. They collect and drop your car at work sparkling clean.

Generally speaking, auto repairs and auto services are quite a drag! Usually one ends up paying a lot of money to people (often the big dealerships) who are not willing to take the time to actually explain to you what was wrong with your car. Not so at Autoworks. The service is very professional – from the front end to the back end. The staff at Autoworks treat you as if you are their only, and most valued customer, and the price for this great service is often much less than one would pay at more established workshops and dealerships. Apart from their excellent client service, Autoworks services all makes of cars, and moreover, uses top quality parts. I recently had a breakdown quite a distance from the garage, but within the hour (on a busy weekday morning) a team was there to pick up my car, which was again in full working order within 24 hours. With Autoworks, we, the consumers, are presented with a high-quality alternative. I only wish someone would do for electricity and cell-phone services, what Autoworks has done for car repair!
