4000 informal settlements affected by Cape flooding

Roughly 4 000 informal settlements across Cape Town were affected by the flooding over the weekend.

This is according to the City of Cape Town's Disaster Risk Management Centre.

We're talking about low lying areas such as Khayelitsha, Gugulethu and Philippi.
