Can you imagine saving 40 kilolitres of water every single day? That’s more than a megalitre a month.
One Cape Town high school, Hector Peterson Secondary School in Wallacedene, managed to save R52 000 a month, with the use of a device called the Dropula. This device is a locally developed and manufactured smart water meter that allows consumers to track and manage their water consumption in real time.
You can be a part of the movement, too.
