<description>Chris Hani Baragwanath Hospital, according to a string of media reports, remains in crisis and has been that way for a while, Gauteng Health MEC, Ntombi Mekgwe, is addressing the media on the issue. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;
The Director General in the Department of Arts and Culture says the thinking behind the new language policy bill is simply to fulfil a constitutional obligation on which languages government will use, the Bill makes a requirement on each department or entity to use at least 3 languages. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;


At least 13 more people are reported to have been killed this morning by Syrian government forces shelling the city of Homs, with Human Rights Watch saying some 300 people have died in the first few days of February.

More evidence is emerging that an unauthorised woman was on board the ill-fated Costa Concordia cruise liner which went aground off the Italian coast, and the 24-year old Moldovan and she&#8217;s confessed to being quite sweet on the skipper. </description>

Constable Kedibone Mokwele, a state witness in the murder trial of AWB leader, Eugene Terre&#8217;blanche, has come under fire this morning with prosecutors asking her how she could explain their rights to the suspects if she did not understand them herself.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
