In our commercial environment that’s become a part of our lives, we’re constantly inundated with advertisements wherever we go. Advertisers are always trying something different to make their product stand out in our eyes, and sometimes they do a brilliant job at it, but on other occasions you can’t help but wonder “what were they thinking?”
Jonathan Cherry of www.cherryflava.co.za spends a few minutes each week dissecting and discussing some of the marketing campaigns that have come to his attention. And if you’d like to steer him towards one that you’ve noticed, you can e-mail him on cherryflava@gmail.com. The Ad Feature can be heard every Wednesday, just before the 8am news Bulletin.
