Plea to owners of 'power breed' dogs after child mauled to death
The Cape of Good Hope SPCA spokesperson Belinda Abraham says they are saddened by the news of a six-year-old child who was mauled to death by two rottweilers.
The two dogs were taken to the SPCA where they were euthanised at the owner's request, says Abrahams.
She says they still don't know what caused the dogs to attack the child.
