Bruce Whitfield, The Money Show

SA Inc. is losing faith in President Cyril Ramaphosa, wrote Ferial Haffajee in an article on Fin24 on Thursday.

The RMB Business Confidence Index is at a two-year low.

Ramaphosa has promised a tsunami of investment yet, as a percentage of GDP, it’s at a 13-year low (Q3/2018).

The Money Show’s Bruce Whitfield interviewed Haffajee.

Listen to the interview in the audio below (and scroll down for more quotes from it).

Ferial Haffajee, Fin24

Ferial Haffajee, Fin24

You don’t really see those big investment promises coming through yet...

Ferial Haffajee, Fin24

He is at least 15 percentage points as a person more popular than his party…

Ferial Haffajee, Fin24

People are beginning to lose patience…

Ferial Haffajee, Fin24

We are unclear on exactly what’s going to happen at Eskom… as a citizen I don’t think we have a clear plan…
