Voucher Plan has been set up to assist Restaurants, Cafe's, and other small businesses in South Africa that have been severely affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. Voucher plan is a free service for Merchants to see Gift Vouchers, for consumers to redeem at a future date.
Voucher Plan provides Gift Voucher platform for Merchants and Consumers to use and transact on.
Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed while they are valid, and their expiry dates cannot be extended. More specifically:
1. Gift Vouchers that are purchased are valid for 3 years after sale. In each case, if your Gift Voucher has not been used within that period, it will expire.
Once Voucher Plan has received your payment (this can take a few days depending on our Banks) you will be emailed your voucher.
As none of us can predict the future, this is a risk that you take when buying a Voucher Plan Gift Voucher. Voucher Plan does not facilitate any refunds whatsoever.
Voucher Plan is not liable for any loss or harm which flows from your use of, or inability to use our service. Specifically, we cannot be held liable for any loss or inconvenience due to the Voucher Plan software or the Voucher Plan website downtime.
Voucher Plan and Primedia are in no way involved in or responsible for the services provided bu our Merchants listed on the Voucher Plan website and cannot be held liable for their actions or failure to act, the Gift Voucher that they are selling through Voucher Plan or any related activity. You indemnify us against third-party claims due to your breach of these Terms or applicable legislation.

Voucher Plan is a Software as a Service (SaaS) company, which provides a website www.voucherplan.co.za, and related Voucher Plan software. There are many other features and functionalities.
You are expected to not do anything malicious, that breaks any laws or is dishonest in any way. You are further expected to honour all vouchers purchased and abide by the terms and conditions of such voucher.
From time to time, we will change and (hopefully) improve the Voucher Plan software and the website’s features and functions.
We only collect personal information of your consumers, if we have a reason to do so – for example, to provide our Services, to communicate with you, or to make our Services better.
You will adhere to all data protection and applicable privacy laws.
We will keep your personal information confidential.
